In
1920, Bruceton was named after W. P. Bruce, then General
Manager of the NC&StL.
At the Bruceton City Hall they have several large photographs taken
of the railroad yard during the steam era.
They also have a black & white film that was shot by Mr. D.
B. Orr of the Roundhouse, Coal Chute, Ice Plant, Water Tower and
a steam locomotive in service.
