WILLIAM "ERNEST" ARNOLD, SR. (1893 - 1961) N C & St L man until his retirement. He worked at the Lexington, TN depot as a telegrapher & taught many people the Morse code. He was very involved with ORT (Order of Railroad Telegraphers). Submitted by Mr. Arnold's granddaughter, April 30, 2008 |
