Reunion 2011 Schedule

Schedule subject to change as it is finanlized closer to the event.

Friday, May 20

1 to 6:30 p.m. — Registration opens. Meet and greet. Set up displays, models, photos and other exhibits upon registrants’ arrival.

6:30 p.m. — Buffet dinner at the Tullahoma Events Center.

7:30 p.m. — Program. Speakers TBA.

Saturday, May 21

Breakfast at Quality Inn — included with room fee.

7:45 a.m. — Assemble at Caney Fork & Western (NC&StL Sparta Branch) for motor car trip.

7:45 a.m. — Vehicle caravan departs from motel for the Storytelling Festival at North Alabama University; festival lunch on your own (Spouse’s Activity).

8 a.m. (approximate) — CF&W motor car trip departs.

Anytime — Those not going on motor car trip, depart at their leisure for alternate activities.

Noon-1 p.m. (approximate) — Arrival of motor car caravan in Rock Island, Tenn. Box lunch at Rock Island Market for motor car riders.  All others have lunch on your own.

1:30-2 p.m. (approximate) — Motor car riders depart by bus for the return trip to Tullahoma. The return trip will take about one hour.

4-6:30 p.m. — NCPS members general business meeting.

6:30 p.m. — Catered dinner at the Events Center.

7:30 p.m. — Program. Speakers TBA.

Sunday, May 22

Breakfast at Quality Inn — included with room fee.

10 a.m. — Cowan Railroad Museum Open House, HO model photo session for NCPS members. Cowan, Tenn.
