Schedule    Registration

NARCOA - Ride the rails in a motorcar!!!

We already have over 30 people signed up for the motorcar ride. Late registrations for the motorcar ride will be put on a wait list in case of cancellations or additional seats being offered.  Deposit will be refunded if your name has been wait listed and we do not get you on the ride.

National Association of Railcar Owners of America (NARCOA) will bring a number of railroad motorcars to Tullahoma the weekend of our 2011 Reunion. In conjunction with the Reunion, we will be offering to our Reunion attendees a ride on these motorcars on the morning of Saturday May 21st. This ride will begin in Tullahoma, Tennessee and will proceed up the old Sparta Branch of the NC&St.L, and culminate in Rock Island, Tennessee where we have lunch at a trackside restaurant. We will then bus back to Tullahoma. The trip including a stop for lunch should last around six hours. Please note that a trip on a motorcar is a loud, rough riding, dirty affair. Keep this in mind before signing up for this trip.

Because we are bringing these cars from as far away as North Carolina and because this event requires an extensive amount of planning, an advance non-refundable deposit of $40.00 was required, and reservations for the motor car rides closed January 1, 2011.

If for some reason we are unable to bring the motorcars to the Reunion, you will get a full refund of the motorcar deposit,

Ladies Side Trip

Jane Coats is planning a drive to Florence, Alabama on Saturday to a Story Telling Festival.  Admission is $15.00.  Jane and Terry have been to these festivals before and loved them.  According to Jane there are big name story tellers on the schedule and it should be a great day.   Check out their website...
